Construction of 40 number of executive private residences at the old golf links Malahide. GEM Construction acted as Design & Build Main Contractor. This turn key project was constructed using traditional brick and block with concrete basements and floors allowed the incorporation of underfloor heating and solid soundproof building fabric. Internal finnishes included bespoke joinery fit-out by GEM Manufacturing. Swimming pools and full home cinema together with external fully ladscaped gardens together with paved roads and driveways.
