Director GEM Construction
Andrew joined GEM Construction as a Senior Surveyor in 2001 and was appointed Director in 2005. Over a period of 20 years he has gained considerable experience working in both the Civil and Building sections of the industry covering all aspects from Residential to Commercial Development. Andrew has responsibility primarily for the commercial side of GEM Construction in terms of Estimating and Cost Management of contracts through the respective Contract Managers and Surveyors whilst working with the respective clients directly or through their representatives in both Contract and Negotiated works.
