Construction of 118 number of Executive homes in two & three storey with pre-cast basements on woodland park adjacent to existing Championship Golf Course. The homes varied in size from 2,000ft² to 3,400ft². Constuction works involved building the houses and associated development works within a retained wooded area. The work involved careful tree felling to protect and maintain the woodland and to facilitate the construction of 2 & 3 storey timber framed detached houses with external hardwood cladding and windows. The entire project was completed within the Clients timeframe.
