The works comprised of demolition of existing stand and the existing toilet block and the construction of a two storey pavilion approx 800m² plus F/F hospitality suite & viewing stand together with bar, canteen, new toilets to rear of existing stand together with services, siteworks, drainage, furniture & fit-out, new paving & fencing.
