Martin has worked in the construction industry since 1985 and has held Senior Positions in the construction of many large scale commercial and residential projects. Martin joined GEM Group in 1997 and became a Board Member in 1998 and was appointed Co Managing Director, Gem Group in 2006. Concentrating on Contracts Management and operational areas with joint responsibility for the ongoing development, growth and structure of the Group. His qualifications include a Diploma in Construction Studies and IOSH Certificate in Directing Safety.
