The project encompassed the fit-out of Mitchell & Sons Wine shop from core shell unit in CHQ Building to retail outlet standards. The project involved metal plastered ceiling and partition systems with full mechanical and electrical including specialist air conditioning, sprinkler system and feature lighting. The works also required an element of re-creating details from the original Mitchell & Son Wine Shop which required careful detailing and manufacture. The project was completed in a very short time frame to meet Client requirements.
