project description
Construction of 9 no. Mews Apartments, refurbishment of 14 no. ground floor flats, construction of 11 affordable units in landmark 7 storey building together with associated play areas, car parks, street scapes and landscaping.
The project involved the construction of traditional new build and the refurbishment of existing buildings on a confined inner city location which presented substantial logistical challenges as residents remained in situ during the construction phase.
GEM Construction prepared issued and implemented a logistical plan and combined the plan within the Construction Planning of the project.
