Public Works Contract for Building & Civil Engineering Works designed by Employer for Whelan O’Rahilly House, Precinct Improvement Scheme, Ringsend, Dublin 4. GEM Construction acted as PSCS & Main Contractor for the project. Demolition of existing building, diversions of services and completion of hoardings. All works in phases with interim handover in conjunction with client & occupants representatives. The site was a confined inner city location which presented substantial logistical challenges as residents remained in situ during the construction phase. GEM Construction prepared, issued and implemented a logistical plan and combined the plan within the construction planning of the project.
