PJ has worked with GEM Group since 1990, starting off as a site clerk and progressing through the management levels to his current position as Contracts Manager with Gem Construction. As Contracts Manager, PJ is responsible for all aspects of construction work; from health and safety, contractual issues, appointment of sub-contractors, quality of work, completion of contracts within budget and to programme. PJ has completed an IOSH accredited Certificate in Managing Safely in Construction with the C.I.F.
