Refurbishment works to 78 Houses with existing tenants in-situ and Construction of 7 number new houses with new front and rear gardens and public roads. This project presented countless challenges as the residents remained in-situ during the refurbishment of their homes.

Simultaneously the overall housing scheme had 7 no. of infill new houses, new roads and footpaths. Paramount to the project was the compliance of Health & Safety requirements and maintaining at all times unobstructive level properly lit access for residents and emergency services. This involved a constant rotation programme and was completed without one single complaint 2 months ahead of schedule.
