Stephen is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and has worked in the Construction Industry since 1998. Stephen joined GEM Group as Health & Safety Manager in 2004. Stephen was appointed QHSE Manager for the Group in 2007. His objectives include; preventing accidents, ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Standards, liaise with GEM Group Insurers on claims and manage the Human Resources & IT Departments.
