Construction of 2 number of completed Executive two storey detached residential homes with basements ranging from c. 4,500ft² to 7,300 ft² on woodland park adjacent to existing championship golf course. GEM Construction were employed in a turn key capacity and enhanced the project by delivering substantial savings and construction time by offering an alternative design which met with the design brief but elevated the building energy rating to A3. The house is traditional basement construction with structural steel and timber frame incorporating a concrete screeded floor fully sound-proofed to stimulate more traditional heavy construction. GEM Construction have been highly commended by both the Client and the Desing Team for the experience and skill we brought to the contract.
