GEM Constructions are excited to announce that going forward we will be carrying out monthly site safety briefings, along with awarding one Sub-Contractor from each GEM site (from our EHS Officers viewpoint!) believed to be incentivising good behaviour and being safety conscious with the aim of making sites as safe as possible.

The development comprises of 7, 3 storey houses arranged to form 2 sides of a private Town Square. A large basement contains private garaging for each house and for visitors. Enclosed front gardens are bound by wrought iron railings and open directly to the Town Square space.
The site is off Mount Anvill Road, within Knockrabo Housing Estate. The project consists of a residential development in four blocks, over two basements, comprising 69 high end residential units, with associated communal, storage and ancillary spaces. The blocks are grouped A&B, C&D, each set over basement.
40 Years in Business Celebration
In June 2018 GEM celebrated a special milestone, our 40th Year Anniversary.
On 16th June, in honour of 40 Years in business GEM organised a weekend away in Kilkea Castle for all staff, shareholders & original Founders Pat Fay & Brian Loughran.
Celebrations included Daytime Activities followed by Gala Dinner & Presentations.
A great day & evening was enjoyed by all.
The Willows Dunshaughlin
The Willows is a new high-quality residential development in the prime location of Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. he project is for the development of student accommodation comprising 32 ‘House’ units ranging in size between 5 bed space and 8 bed space units - 217 bedrooms in total comprising 212 single bedrooms (including 5 disabled rooms) and 6 twin bedrooms, together with ancillary student accommodation facilities, such as social space, gym (and associated changing areas), pool room, laundry room, management office, etc. (6,376.28sqm in total); café with ancillary take away at ground floor level(199sqm) with associated external seating; and electrical substation and switch room (20.52sqm)
