40 Years in Business Celebration
In June 2018 GEM celebrated a special milestone, our 40th Year Anniversary.
On 16th June, in honour of 40 Years in business GEM organised a weekend away in Kilkea Castle for all staff, shareholders & original Founders Pat Fay & Brian Loughran.
Celebrations included Daytime Activities followed by Gala Dinner & Presentations.

Clondalkin Round Tower
Repair, conservation and refurbishment works to numbers 1, 2 and 3 Millview Terrace, and 15 and 16 Tower Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 for re-use as a retail area and exhibition space at ground floor level, and exhibition space at first floor level, and the construction of a new building which will contain a café, exhibition space, toilets, plant space, storage rooms, corridors, a two storey stairs and lift extension to the rear of these five houses.
